IN PERSON GENERAL MEMBER MEETING

NOVEMBER 6, 2021

10:00 AM

SONOMA COUNTRY DAY SCHOOL

The meeting is open to Members and invited Guests.  Please let your invited guests know that they can  register directly using their own email address.

The highlight of the meeting will be the announcement of the 2021 Impact Grant winner, and the winners of the two Merit Grants.   Members will have time to socialize, and light refreshments will be served.

Several requirements are in effect in order to ensure a safe meeting environment.

We are working diligently to ensure the safety of all our members and guests.  The following requirements have been adopted, and we thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.

1.  All attendees must be fully vaccinated, and must self-certify to their vaccination status.  (It will not be necessary to provide proof of vaccination other than the self-certification form.).  A link to the self-certification can be found HERE and on the website.

2.  Pre-registration for the meeting is required, no exceptions.  Pre-registration is necessary to confirm vaccination status, and no day-of registrations will be allowed. REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE ON NOVEMBER 1, 2021.  Those members who do not pre-register by the deadline of Nov 1 are welcome to enjoy the meeting virtually via Zoom.

3. All attendees must wear a mask indoors.  If you have a medical condition or disability that precludes you from wearing a mask, please contact us prior to the day of the meeting.

4.  No food or beverages may be consumed inside the building because everyone must keep their mask on at all times except while presenting on stage.   Light refreshments will be served outdoors.

5. Seating will be arranged to allow for social distancing.

Registrations and vaccine self-certifications will be handled by the Events Committee.

Questions should be directed to the Events Committee Co-chairs, Jennifer Girvin and Maria Nersesian.
